Wills / Probate
Wills / Probate / Estate Planning
Making a will can feel unusual, almost morbid, especially for those who are young and / or in perfect health. However, as we tell all our clients, you are never too young to make a will. We never know what is going to happen and it always best to be prepared. We encourage everybody to make a will. It is important to note that you can make changes to your will as time progresses; it is never set in stone.
As with all our legal services, here at Kerin Hickman & O Donnell, we fully encourage you to ask questions until you are happy with the entire process.
Your will outlines who you wish to leave your assets to when you pass. This can help to prevent a lot of stress and arguments between loved ones. You can leave anything behind in your will, from property to valuable or sentimental items.
At Kerin Hickman & O Donnell, we treat all our clients with the strictest of confidence.
